LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement (“License”) is granted by Wedding Moments Songs to the purchaser (“Licensee”).

By purchasing and downloading the music, you agree to the following terms:

  1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the music in accordance with the selected license type.

  1. PERMITTED USE

The Licensee may:

  • Use the music in wedding films and client projects
  • Deliver final videos to clients
  • Upload videos containing the music to online platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo, etc.)
  • Monetize such videos

Additional rights apply depending on the license type (Commercial or Unlimited).

  1. RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee may NOT:

  • Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the music files
  • Make the music available as a standalone track
  • Upload or distribute the music on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the music
  • Allow third parties to use the music without purchasing their own license
  1. OWNERSHIP

All rights, title, and interest in the music remain with Wedding Moments Songs.

This License does not transfer ownership of the music.

  1. TERMINATION

This License is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any of the terms.

  1. LIABILITY

Wedding Moments Songs is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of the music.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by applicable international copyright laws.
